Pnuematic Air Cleaning - $200
Bi-directional air scanning technology designed to clean both sides of the filter. Compressed air is introduced into the DPF through specialized nozzles. The air is directed in such a way as to dislodge and remove the accumulated soot and ash from the filter cells. This process takes approximately 2 hours.
-
DPF Bake - Thermal Cleaning - $200
The "thermal bake" process involves subjecting the DPF to high temperatures (1112°) to burn off accumulated soot and other contaminants. This process is often necessary to regenerate the DPF, restoring its efficiency and preventing clogging, which can lead to engine performance issues. This process takes approximately 12 hours.

Air Flow Test Bench
An airflow bench test for a diesel particulate filter (DPF) is a procedure used to evaluate the performance and efficiency of the filter in terms of airflow restriction . Simulating the air flow of a heavy duty diesel engine, these measurements help determine how effectively the DPF is allowing air to flow through while trapping particulate matter. Data collected during the airflow bench test are analyzed to assess the performance of the DPF before and after each cleaning.
